Woodland Cleanup and City Nature Challenge - We will pickup trash & winter debris while looking for emerging plants, animals, and fungi that we can photograph and upload into iNaturalist for the annual City Nature Challenge. The CNC is a competition among cities around the world to see which city can upload the greatest number of species in their region into iNaturalist. We can teach you how to use the iNaturalist app and provide garbage bags. Bring you own smart phone or camera (and you can upload photos at home) and work gloves. If the weather is thunderstorming, we will cancel the event.
