National Public Lands Day 2024 is a statewide event that provides unique opportunities for Minnesota Master Naturalist Volunteers to participate in our largest single day of service. Locations across the state will have MNats and others out helping to make Minnesota a better place!

Friends and family are welcome to participate but must be registered to participate. Everyone will sign a photo release upon site registration. All participants will receive a free NPLD-branded item and a day pass to a national park as a thank-you for participating.

Join Minneapolis Parks in cleaning up litter and removing invasive species from a favorite location for Metro residents, Minnehaha Park. Please bring Sturdy shoes, sunscreen, water bottles to refill. Bring tools and gloves if you have them. We’ll provide cold water supply, snacks, gloves, tools, bags. For any questions, please reach out to Rebecca Rice at rice0708@gmail.com
