Come help out at Pine Bend Bluffs SNA, where stunning views from 200 foot bluffs overlook the Mississippi! Join us in cutting and treating buckthorn. Buckthorn crowds out native plants and displaces native shrubs and small trees in the mid-layer of the forest where many species of birds nest.

Tools, instructions, and good camaraderie will be provided. Bring water, snacks, and dress for working in the weather. If you have your own gloves you'd like to use, please bring those as well. Footwear appropriate for outdoor work/hiking is recommended.
