We will meet on April 28th at 4pm at The Thinking Spot to discuss the book Not the End of the World: How We can Be the First Generation to Build a Sustainable Planet, by Hannah Ritchie. It is a very POSITIVE take on climate change and environmental issues based on the latest data. I know we've been avoiding this topic, as it all seems so depressing, but this book is fresh look. The book group is facilitated by Lee Scholder.
Rima has been able to arrange a special price on this book for our group, so even though the usual price is beyond our usual goal of $20 or less, we are now able to purchase it at $20. Rima has ordered an initial batch of 5 books. Email Rima by March 3rd to claim one of the books she's already ordered or to have one available to you in time for our March book group.
