ADV - Intro to Nature Journaling

Intro to Nature Journaling website

online
via Zoom, MN none

Long before cameras captured nature sightings, scientists and explorers relied on sketchbooks to draw, observe, and take notes. These days, the practice of nature journaling is thriving once again as people find it a way to slow down, observe deeply and make outdoor observations a part of their routine whether it’s for their own enjoyment or citizen science projects.

Natural journaling’s perfect for all ages, and can be done at parks, preserves or simply looking out a favorite window at home as plants, trees and critters cycle through the seasons. Come learn more about how to nature journal or how to add it to your programs with a lunchtime session Monday, Oct. 17, via Zoom.
