National Public Lands Day is the single largest day of service for the Minnesota Master Naturalist Program. There are 16 sites all across Minnesota providing volunteer service for conservation efforts.

This is an exciting project because it was designed by MNat students as a capstone project, and now they are getting to actually plant it! Come out and join your fellow MNats and plant native prairie forbs in a pasture and plant companion plants for the species of special concern, Buffalo Grass! We may also do some hand selected seed collection for those hard to collect forbs.

All volunteers will receive a free national park day pass and a t-shirt! Family and friends are welcome to participate, but need to sign up to receive t-shirt. They can create a visitor account to register.
