Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Come slow down, de-stress from your daily routine, and deepen your connection to nature. It is different from other nature experiences such as hiking or birding; in forest bathing, we will be slowing down with intentionality and engaging all of our senses through some activities. Give your mind and body some time to rest, wander and wonder in nature.

Join Kristen Mastel, Certified Forest Therapy Guide and Outreach Librarian, to discover “Forest Bathing” (The Art of Shinrin-yoku), what it is, along with its health and wellness benefits.

This session will be held in Zoom on January 12, 2022, and you will receive the link in your confirmation email. Running from 11 am - 12:30 pm, the session will introduce you to the practice of forest bathing as well as allow time for you to practice implementing techniques.

The course cost is $10 and includes course manuals and supplies.
