Join us once a month for a catered meal and nature presentation.

In July, we’ll hear from Katy Anderegg about how to be successful at raising monarch butterflies. We'll discuss what supplies you need and how to get set up. Keeping the right plants in your garden will attract these beauties and keep them coming around year after year.

The course cost is $12 and includes course manuals and supplies.

Breanna Wheeler

Breanna has been a Master Naturalist since 2007, she became an instructor in 2018, and has completed all three biomes. She is a consultant who promotes the importance of access to the outdoors, intergenerational connections with others in nature, ways to care for and protect the natural world in our communities, and the benefits these things have for our health and wellbeing as we age. She serves as Vice Chair of the DNR Natural Heritage Advisory Committee to protect biodiversity in our state and chairs the Terrestrial Invasive Species Funding subcommittee. She is a fan of native plants, exploring all the varied natural environments across MN, and always being curious to learn more about the world around us.
