onlineZoom, MN 55555
This Fall, the Conservation Sciences Seminar brings to you a series of talks from across academic and geographical boundaries. While COVID-19 has challenged the way we do our work at the University, it has given us the unique opportunity to invite individuals from across the field of conservation science who would otherwise not be able to make it for in-person seminars. Our list of speakers will bring a fresh perspective into the science of conservation, it's communication and building a community that encourages unconventional ideas and solutions.
The first presentation is September 18, 2020 from noon to 1:00 PM on Conserving Large Carnivores in India: Role of Science by Dr. Yadvendradev V. Jhala, Wildlife Institute of India
