National Public Lands Day is the single largest day of service for the Minnesota Master Naturalist Program. There are sites 16 all across Minnesota providing volunteer service for conservation efforts.

For National Public Lands Day, join us in collecting native prairie seeds at Oronoco Prairie SNA to aid in a prairie restoration at Cannon River Turtle Preserve SNA. You'll see ongoing restoration efforts at Oronoco Prairie while collecting seed here, including removal of encroaching woody vegetation now planted with prairie seed collected on site.

All volunteers will receive a free national park day pass and a t-shirt! Family and friends are welcome to participate, but need to sign up to receive t-shirt. They can create a visitor account to register.
