Changing Perceptions of Wetlands from a Cultural and Ecological Perspective: "Wetlands through the Seasons" Workshop Series

This is the second workshop in a series of three centered on the cultural and ecological importance of wetlands. Wetlands are an undervalued resource for their incredible contributions to ecological health and Ojibwe cultural practices. Throughout the series there will be a common thread of cultural and ecological significance of wetlands. Each workshop will have a different natural resource focus.

The focus of this workshop will be wetland plants, birds, and insects. We will also be demonstrating herbal plant uses and providing participants with taste testing and samples to take home! Get your water boots ready, and come hang out with us in some wetlands!

The course cost is $25 and includes course manuals and supplies.
